Image Usage and Copyright

All images created by Rob Sims Photography are protected by international copyright laws. Clients are granted personal use rights only. Commercial use, resale, or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Magazine Submissions

By submitting your photos for publication consideration, you agree to the following:

• Submissions will not be used without a signed release form.
• Submissions must include a payment fee.
• Rob Sims Photography reserves editorial control over all content submitted.

Model Release & Liability

All models must sign a release prior to shooting. Rob Sims Photography is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or missed expectations resulting from a session.

Deposit Payments & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. If you book a shoot and later postpone or request a change in location or dates with advance notice, your deposit will be held and may be applied to a future session. However, original pricing is not guaranteed. Rates may increase, and the rescheduled shoot will be subject to the current pricing at the time of rebooking.

Late Payments and Collections

All payments are due within 14 days after the photo shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unpaid balance beyond that period will incur a late payment fee of $150 and a monthly interest charge of 10% on the outstanding balance until full payment is received. Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to a licensed collection agency or recovery representative.
Continued nonpayment may negatively affect your credit rating and could result in legal action through small claims court to recover the balance, including all related fees and costs.
By booking a photo shoot with Rob Sims Photography, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms and conditions.
